1. Use of the Website
One Promise grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use this website for personal, non-commercial shopping and information purposes. You agree not to misuse, reproduce, or attempt to interfere with the website, its payments, or its security features.
2. Orders & Pricing
All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (& INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without prior notice.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and order verification by One Promise. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasonable cause, including pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock unavailability. In such cases, any payment already received will be refunded to the source payment method.
3. Payments
Payments on onepromise.in are processed through Cashfree Payments — a PCI DSS compliant, RBI-approved payment gateway. We do not store your card, wallet or UPI details on our servers. Payment sessions are governed by the terms and privacy policy of Cashfree.
4. Delivery & Shipping
Deliveries are fulfilled through our logistics partners across India. Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are indicative; delays beyond our control due to logistics, customs or force majeure do not constitute a breach of contract. Delivery is deemed complete when the package is marked delivered by the courier.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

6. Product Information

7. Liability & Disputes
One Promise's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or any purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the specific products in question. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
